By a Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 16 September, 2006 Proven Best Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Green Energy Group Limited, a company whose shares bearing Stock Code 979 are listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, has agreed to buy out 100% interest in ReKRETE (Asia) Limited.
